Years ago I read John Douglas’ book that covered the Ramsey case and generally felt like this had been done by an outsider…Foreign Faction pretty much destroys that impression. Kolar lays out a dispassionate, analytical view of the evidence, the forensics, written statements, etc. coming to the conclusion that the “Foreign Faction” described in the bizarre ransom note was a “foreign fiction.”…
